症状:めまい、疲労、全身の神経痛（痛かったりなくなったり）

初めて質問させていただきます。
私は、日本に住んでいないのですが、アメリカで乳がんになりました。
英語やアメリカのシステムで自分のステージがよくわからないので、質問させていただきます。
以下が私の情報なのですが・・・・
右胸に３つ癌がみつかり、一つが原発癌、あと２つは転移したもので、浸潤の乳がんでした。
なお、リンパ節にも１つ転移がみつかりました。
Ki-67は、１９％と微妙なところです。
以下の英語を見てもらうのはおこがましいのですが、どうしても納得ができないのが、ステージ１Aといわれたのですが、どうみてもステージ２Bに感じます。
今は、両胸全摘をして、抗癌剤TC両方をやり、放射線をして１年ほど経ちました、落ち着いた状態ではあるのですが、３カ月に一回の血液検査が上がったり、下がったりしてます。
この状態は、再発しやすいのでしょうか？

d. Breast tissue: Fibrocystic change. Nipple: No evidence of Paget’s disease or invasive carcinoma. Skin: Seborrheic keratoses; no evidence of carcinoma or dermal lymphatic invasion.
B. Lymph node, right axillary dissection: Metastatic breast carcinoma with macrometastasis ranging up to 5 mm with perinodal invasion involving 1 of 20 lymph nodes.
The involved lymph
node is the biopsied lymph node (1/20).
C. Breast, left, total mastectomy: Fibrocystic change with focal adenosis, duct ectasia, and focal mild ductal epithelial hyperplasia. No evidence of atypia or malignancy. Nipple: No significant pathologic change; No evidence of Paget’s disease or invasive carcinoma. Skin: No significant pathologic change. Lymph nodes, intramammary: No significant pathologic date; No evidence of atypia or malignancy (0/2).
