初めまして、○○です。
47歳です。
日本の永住者です。
仕事で香港赴任中です。
2022年12月24日にシャワー時に胸が痛い感じました。
１月〇日に香港の病院で検査をしました。
先日はTNBC乳がんと診断されました。
ステージⅡのAとのこと。

R11H 4FN 2.4×1.3×2.1cm(MMG 1.8x 1.1×2.0cm),BIRADS 4b Bil breast cysts and benign calcification Core Bx R11H 6.12023-G3 IDC Tumour panel-ER0.PR3. Her2 1.Ki67 80% PET- CT 11.1.2023 1.Right breasttumourover R11H 4cm from nipple at posterior depth with no definite right anterior chest wall or right nipple invasion.
2.Small to mildly prominent lymph nodes with minimal FDG uptakes over the right axillaryregion,could represent reactive / inflammatory lymph nodes but nodal
metastases cannot be excluded. Sentinel lymph node evaluation is suggested.
3.No evidence of other distant metastasis otherwise.
4.MildFDG uptakes over the subcutaneous region of the left upper arm. could be related to recent vaccination. Please correlate with clinical findings.
5.Small non-enlarged mildly hypermetabolic left axillary lymph nodes, non-specific and could be vaccine-related lymphadenopathy. Follow-up scan will be helpful for interval assessment as indicated.
6.Several non-calcified non-FDG-avid subpleural lung nodules in both lungs.

7. Mild fatty liver. Probable liver cysts.

（PET-CT/MRI/MG/US）は日本へ帰って再検査必要ですか？
②コロナ期間で帰国の移動が大変ので、移動コロナ感染リスクが考えて、仮に香港で治療をうけます。
